Eyemyth Comes to Mumbai
Unbox Cultural Futures SocietyEyemyth is India’s only independent Media Arts Festival, that launched in 2019. It is a celebration of art, technology and new media expressions in India. Hosted by Unbox Cultural Society at Quicksand,the festival showcases a diversity in contemporary media arts through an offering of a conference, workshops and showcases. The 2019 edition of the festival was hosted at Deepak Talkies in Mumbai.
My collaborator Saket and I created a promotional film for Eyemyth that celebrated Mumbai and media arts. The backgrounds were created using collaged vintage photographs of Mumbai, treated with the Eyemyth colour palette.
